From Yosemite to San Francisco

Tall trees to tall concrete buildings, we were back in the city again this time its - San Francisco. We visted the Golden Gate bridge, Pier 39, Union Square shopping district and chinatown.

One of my highlights wasn't so much the bridge, but walking up the very steep lombard street - the crooked street. It looks quite awkward to drive down this very narrow street, I certainly wouldn't want to do it, but many people do!

In Vegas

We just arrived in Vegas, it's amazingly big. Much better at night than day. We saw a Vegas wedding where Elvis married the couple. The extragance of some of the hotels is way over the top, no detail or money is spared. Image036.jpg

To Phoenix

We crossed various deserts (camera footage) with massive cacti everywhere. We entered a town called Phoenix which is where American Express is headquarted, its quite a strange town, lots of new homes that look exactly the same, as it has grown very quickly in the last couple years. The guide was able to pick up some tickets to the Basketball match this night. It was very lucky, I have always wanted to see this team play. Top Gun Resturant

Antonio, a friend who used lived in Aus for a couple years picked us up from the hotel. We drove around a lot but ended up at the top gun resturant. Image045__Medium_.jpg
